- We do not accept or allow harassment against anyone for any reason in our community. Harassment includes, but not limited to, intimidation, targeting, or any action that makes someone feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or afraid. Anyone asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
- This Code of Conduct applies to everyone participating in WiCyS events and online communications from attendees, WiCyS members, WiCys Board members, sponsors, partners, speakers, and volunteers.
- Anyone can report harassment. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, a Board member should be notified immediately.
- Board members will investigate and take action accordingly. We reserve the right to remove and ban any persons who are not in compliance with our code of conduct.
Our values of compassion, commitment, community include racial equity, diversity, and inclusion. We are against any form of discrimination or exclusion based on race, gender, sexual orientation or identity, ageism, or ableism. If our attempt to be inclusive is excluding you, please let us know. We are continuing to listen and learn.
